Migration-service collects and processes your personal data as a result of entering into a cooperation agreement with you for the provision of accounting, HR, legal, and consultancy services related to your business activities. Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the purposes necessary to perform the actions specified in the cooperation agreement or assignment, as well as to comply with the provisions of the Act of 30 March 2021 amending the Act on Counteracting Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism.

- Contact necessary for concluding an agreement or other pre-contractual actions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

- Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- Compliance with the Administrator’s legal obligations (e.g., issuing and storing invoices, handling complaints) (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
- Pursuing the Administrator’s legitimate interests, such as marketing products and services, sending you offers as part of cooperation, and personalizing offers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Art. 398 of the Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law)
CURSUS ALLA BAIEVA may also act as a processor of personal data provided under a processing agreement (e.g., data of the client’s employees or business partners).
Your personal data may be transferred to public authorities or other entities cooperating with CURSUS ALLA BAIEVA that process the data based on an agreement with the Administrator and only according to its instructions.
Your personal data will be stored for the period during which the parties to the agreement may exercise their rights against each other, but no less than the minimum retention period required by law.
